Richard Warder
Richard Warder has been a passionate advocate for criminal defendants since graduating law school in 1974. Since then, he has worked tirelessly as a dedicated criminal defense lawyer, always resolute in his commitment to represent those in need of fair and just treatment within the criminal justice system. Unlike many other criminal defense lawyers, he has never worked for the State or as a prosecutor; a fact he is proud of because of his sterling record of fighting on the side of the people.
Mr. Warder views successful outcomes for his clients as his own personal success. Put simply, he is not interested in putting in minimal work and hoping for the best. If his client isn’t happy, neither is he. This attitude has served him and his community well for over 40 years. He primarily serves clients in Greenville and throughout the Upstate region, but he will travel anywhere in South Carolina upon request.
